• TABS (Threshold Adult Bible Study) – This is open to all and is held every Wednesday evening from 7:00 till 8:30. We are beginning How To: Bible this Wednesday and runs for 5 weeks. It is a Bible introduction and overview for the curious and young in the faith and a refresher for those more familiar. My hope is to take away some of the intimidation surrounding the Bible that keeps us from reading and enjoying it.
We begin at 7 at Threshold Church. We’ll have coffee on and will provide childcare as needed. Please let me know if you’ll be attending with kids.
I will provide an outline, but please bring your Bible with you as I want to show you a few things. Let me know if you need a Bible. We all have to start somewhere, right?
I will teach about the Bible and we’ll have time for questions. You do not have to say a word. You won’t be asked your thoughts and you won’t be asked to read. I will NOT embarrass you. I will NOT judge you if you feel you have stupid questions or serious doubts or relative ignorance. How To: Bible will help you, I promise.
I hope this will help us all to read and grow to love the Scriptures! See you Wednesday.
